Bio:

Matt Arnull is Head of Architecture and Strategy at Whitbread, the UK's largest hotel business, and owner of Premier Inn. He is responsible for helping the business make the most of its technology, data and digital capabilities to improve performance, support growth and enhance decision-making across the organisation.

Having led large-scale transformation and technology programmes across hospitality, retail and logistics, Matt brings extensive experience of turning complex information into practical business insight. His work spans everything from operational systems and business planning to the data foundations needed to support innovation and emerging technologies.

Matt is particularly interested in how hospitality businesses can unlock greater value from their data and use AI responsibly and effectively, ensuring high-quality information is available to support both operational and strategic decisions.
