AHC 2026 offers five pass types to suit different attendees.

• Standard Delegate Pass - Advance rate (ends Friday 3 July) £1,075* - The full AHC experience which includes access to all conference sessions across both days, all networking including structured sessions, refreshment breaks, lunches and the evening reception plus the exhibition floor. You will also have access to AHC networking app available pre, during and post show.
• Investor Pass (by application only) £775* - A curated experience for active investors which includes everything in the Standard Delegate Pass plus access to the Investor Lounge and invitation-only investor sessions. It also includes an invitation to join the Investor Council which is a quarterly gathering of the hospitality investment community, whom represent active equity investors and major hospitality portfolios where discussions facilitate knowledge sharing and best practice.  Apply here.
• Under 30s Pass £595* - Designed for the next generation of hospitality leaders. Open to professionals aged 30 or under on 14 September 2026. Includes everything in the Standard Delegate Pass at a lower price providing you with carerr growth opportunities through insight to grow your knowledge of the industry but also a chance to build your network. Proof of age will be required on arrival. Please email [email protected] with a scanned copy of your passport to receive a discount code to register.
• Independent Hospitality Owners Pass (by application only) £395* - A discounted pass for independent, hands-on operators running between one to three hospitality venues where you own 50% or more of the assets and are active in day-to-day operations. Includes everything in the Standard Delegate Pass. Apply here.
• Sponsor Pass £905* - These passes are for confirmed sponsors only to be used for additional passes once existing package allocation has been used up.

The Investor Pass is reserved exclusively for active equity investors in the hospitality sector and offered at a discounted rate of £775+VAT. It is designed for individuals and firms deploying capital into hospitality businesses and real estate and looking to connect with owners, operators and developers to source investment opportunities.

To qualify, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• You are an individual investor or an employee of an investment firm - such as a private equity fund, institutional investor, family office, real estate investment firm or sovereign wealth fund
• Your organisation actively deploys or allocates equity capital into hospitality businesses and/or hospitality real estate
• Investment activity - including acquisitions, equity investment or portfolio management of hospitality assets which is the primary function of your role and organisation

This pass is not available to:

• Operators, hotel brands, advisory firms, consultancies or service providers, even where occasional co-investment takes place

The Under 30s Pass is open to any hospitality professional aged 30 or under on 14 September 2026.

The Independent Hospitality Owner Pass is exclusively available to independent hotel owners and small portfolio owner-operators who are actively involved in running their business at a discounted rate of £395 +VAT. To qualify, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• You hold a majority ownership stake (50% or more) in your hospitality asset or assets
• You own no more than three hospitality assets globally
• You are directly involved in the day-to-day management or strategic leadership of the property
• Your business operates as an independent owner-operator or small privately owned hospitality company, rather than a corporate group or institutional platform

This pass is not available to:

• Institutional investors, private equity firms, funds or investment platforms
• Medium and large hotel groups, brands or corporate hospitality companies
• Hotel management companies that do not hold a majority ownership stake
• Individuals or companies owning four or more hospitality assets globally

Except as may be otherwise expressly advised as part of the particular event’s registration process, you may cancel your registration at any time. If your cancellation occurs at least 6 weeks (42 days) prior to the originally scheduled event date, you will receive a 50% refund. If unpaid the invoice will be re-issued for 50% of the ticket price, the cancellation fee.  Unfortunately, Questex cannot refund any fees for cancellations that occur less than 42 days prior to the original event start date, or for failure to attend an event.

Substitutions with employees from your organization are welcome at any time but in all other respects delegate / attendee registrations are issued for your personal use only and cannot be shared with any other person during the event.
