Kristian Dijkstra

Bio:

Kristian Dijkstra is the co-founder and Managing Director of C1 Capital and has over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Kristian is responsible for the day-to-day management of C1 Capital, working closely with its partners to maximise the performance and value of its hotel investments. C1 Capital is a hotel and serviced apartment investment and asset management company, with a portfolio of nine hotels under management. The portfolio comprises 1,300 bedrooms and has a capital value in excess of £575 million. Prior to co-founding C1 Capital, Kristian was Head of Asset Management at Mountain Capital, where he was responsible for the asset management of 20 hotels across the UK, Germany, and Belgium. During his tenure, Kristian oversaw several multi-million-pound investment programmes, secured planning permissions for extensions and alternative uses, and developed and executed an exit strategy for the entire portfolio.
