Bio:
Graham Dodd joined Accor in September 2025, and he leads Development for UK & Ireland for Accor’s Premium, Midscale & Economy brands. With has over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Graham previously worked for Hilton, where he led the company’s development strategy in the UK and Ireland, helping to grow and reshape their multi-brand footprint.
Graham has also served in a number of senior level roles in real estate advisory, covering the hotel, leisure and commercial property markets across the UK, Ireland and Western Europe. Graham previously worked for international advisory firms Christie & Co, Knight Frank Hotels and Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels, having specialised in hotels since 1999.
Graham graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Estate Management from Birmingham City University in 1993. He is married with two grown-up children and resides close to London. He is based in Accor’s offices in London.
