Gwen Martignoni

Bio:

Gwen works in the development team at Amante Capital, where she works in sourcing, underwriting and closing deals. She has been with the company since inception (summer 2022) and been crucial in the <1bn GBP of hotel transactions the company has closed to date.

Gwen previously worked as the Development Manager at Klarent Hospitality, formerly known as Amaris Hospitality before the company’s acquisition by Henderson Park from LRC. Her role covered all steps from deal sourcing to closing. Prior to Gwen’s time at Klarent & Amaris, she was part of the Asset Management team at Accor Hotels and then Accor Invest
