Who is the Proprietor Pass for? 

The Proprietor Pass is for hands-on hospitality owners running one to three hotels, pubs, restaurants or other hospitality assets. It’s designed for those who actively manage their business, want to improve their operations, and connect directly with investors, developers and peers. 

To qualify for the £390+VAT Proprietor Pass, you must meet all of the following: 

  • Own 50% or more of your hospitality asset(s) 

  • Run no more than three hospitality assets 

  • Be actively involved in daily operations or key business decisions 

 

Who isn't eligible?

 

  • Investment firms, private equity funds or institutional investors 

  • Hotel management companies without majority ownership 

  • Groups with four or more hospitality assets 

  • Medium or large hospitality groups, even if privately held
