Frequently Asked Questions

The AHC will be a COVID safe event, and therefore we require all attendees to have proof of one of the following:

• Full vaccination with a COVID-19 vaccine used in the UK at least 14 days prior to attendance
• Negative PCR test or rapid lateral flow test taken within 48 hours before the start of the event
• Proof of recovery from COVID-19: a positive PCR test within the past 180 days (must have finished self-isolation period)

Proof of the above must be provided on entry to the event via one the following methods:

• For UK residents: NHS COVID Pass via the NHS App or a letter requested via the NHS website or by ringing NHS 119. Further details can be seen here.
• For EU residents: EU COVID Digital Certificate. Further details can be seen here.
• For all other regions: official proof of your COVID status as outlined in point 1 above. This must be presented in English.

UK COVID-19 vaccinates currently approved for use in the UK are:

• Moderna
• Oxford/AstraZeneca
• Pfizer/BioNTech
• Janssen

All attendees will be asked to provide proof of their COVID-status on entry to the event. To avoid queues, please have this ready to present to security at the door. 

For UK attendees, we recommend you download the NHS App and either download a PDF copy of your NHS COVID Pass, add this to your Apple Wallet, or request an offline copy via the app and bring a printed copy with you. You can also request a letter via the NHS website or by ringing NHS 119 and bring this with you. Further details can be seen here.

For attendees from the EU, please present either a digital or printed version of your EU COVID Digital Certificate. 

For attendees from other regions, please present either a digital or printed version of your full vaccination, proof of recovery or negative PCR test in English.

No refunds are available per the Terms and Conditions. You will be offered a credit for the 2022 event. 

No, we would expect you to follow local Government guidelines in relation to quarantine as a close contact and that you do not attend The AHC. 

You must not enter the event venue if you feel ill or display any symptoms of COVID-19 (e.g. coughing, fever, a runny nose, or loss of sense of smell or taste), or if you have been exposed to someone with a suspected and/or confirmed case of COVID-19 in the previous 14 days. If you develop symptoms whilst inside the venue, please report to the onsite medic, via the registration desk, and follow their instructions. 

We recommend all attendees wear a face mask at all times within the event, however mask wearing will not be mandatory.

Delegates are encouraged to bring their own face masks however, there will be onsite provision to replace lost masks. Hand sanitiser will be provided throughout the venues.
