Investor Pass Application

The AHC Investor Pass is exclusively available for investors to attend the event and make direct contact with owners, operators, and developers to drive investment opportunities across hospitality.

The AHC Investor Pass costs £770+VAT and is discounted against the standard rate of £1240+VAT. To qualify, you must meet the criteria set out below:

• Be either an individual or an employee of a financial entity.
• Own or commit capital in the form of equity into a hospitality real estate asset.
• Consent to participate in up to five pre-arranged appointments with advisory companies.

Any applications that do not meet these criteria will be rejected and you will be invited to register for the standard delegate pass at the current advertised rate.

• Invitation to join the Investor Council, a quarterly gathering of the hospitality investment community, whom represent active equity investors and major hospitality portfolios. These meetings are an opportunity to facilitate knowledge sharing and best practice, with presentations from carefully selected expert speakers on topical themes to inform and help navigate the unique challenges and opportunities within the hospitality market. Hosted in London, Continental Europe and the U.S.
