Proprietor Pass Application

The AHC Proprietor Pass is exclusively available for hoteliers to attend the event and make direct contact with investors, operators, and developers to drive opportunities and promote your business across hospitality.

The AHC Proprietor Pass costs £390+VAT and is discounted against the standard rate of £1240+VAT. To qualify, you must meet the criteria set out below:

• Own at least one hotel.
• Own not more than 5 hospitality real estate assets.

Any applications that do not meet these criteria will be rejected and you will be invited to register for the standard delegate pass at the current advertised rate.

As a registered hotelier you will benefit from the following:

• Access to the live event including conference sessions; documentation; refreshment breaks; lunches and evening receptions as detailed in the programme.
• Entry into the exhibition hall to discover new contacts, projects, and deals.
• A subscription to the AHC networking and event platform including networking opportunities with the AHC community; access to sponsors booths and downloadable assets; speaker information and conference programme.
