Bio:

Tom leads the Maritime Projects Programme in the Infrastructure and Development division of Ports of Jersey which is the incorporated business operating the island’s airports and harbours. A key part of Tom’s role covers the St Helier harbour masterplan which is a generational programme to transform the port estate by creating new commercial opportunities, secure key trade and travel infrastructure and realising the harbour’s potential as a world class leisure, cultural and tourism destination.
