Saurabh Chawla plays a leading role at Westmont in managing the full spectrum of hotel real estate transactions. His responsibilities span sourcing off-market and distressed opportunities, structuring deals across both debt and equity, and executing transactions that deliver strategic value across the portfolio.

Prior to Westmont, Saurabh served as CEO of Selina’s Real Estate division (NASDAQ: SLNA), where he was responsible for driving value across the entire real estate lifecycle. He led the sourcing of distressed and underperforming assets, oversaw their transformation into the Selina brand in a cost-effective and efficient manner, and managed the assets throughout their operational life.

Before Selina, Saurabh was Chief Development Officer at Groupe du Louvre, a subsidiary of Jin Jiang International. In this global role, he directed the group’s development and M&A strategy, leading numerous acquisitions, mergers, and strategic partnerships that delivered consistent growth and EBITDA improvements year over year.

Earlier in his career, Saurabh was a Partner at HVS in London, where he advised hotel owners and investment funds on maximizing returns through strategic asset management and investment advisory.
