Bio:

Patrick is a Partner at AlphaReal and Head of Long Income as well as leading the  origination team. His primary focus is growing the business's Long Income strategies including commercial ground rents and other private market capital solutions for institutional capital, primarily insurers and pension funds in the UK and Europe.

Patrick has over 25 years' experience in the property market, the majority of which has been spent in alternative asset sectors such as hotels, heathcare and leisure.
