Patrick Chiappetta

Bio:

Patrick Chiappetta is the CEO of Altus Hospitality and a hospitality entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience building, operating, and growing hotels, restaurants, and lifestyle brands across the United States and internationally.

Patrick began his career in restaurants and went on to spend a decade with Fox Restaurant Concepts during a period of significant national growth. He later joined Denihan Hospitality, where he helped lead a platform generating more than $100 million in annual hospitality revenue, before partnering with Hogsalt Hospitality to create and expand RH Hospitality across major North American markets.

Today, Patrick leads Altus Hospitality, a lifestyle-focused hotel management and development company operating across the U.S. and U.K., with a particular focus on creating distinctive, design-led hotels and food-and-beverage experiences. He is also a founder and partner of Ring on Hook, an integrated hospitality development and management platform.

Throughout his career, Patrick has focused on the intersection of hospitality, operations, brand creation, and commercial performance—building concepts that deliver both memorable guest experiences and strong investment returns.
