Matt Lederer

Bio:

Matt Lederer is Director of Acquisitions at The Sirius Hotel Group, a specialist hotel management platform developing and operating prime city centre hotels. His focus is sourcing, underwriting, and executing value-driven property transactions, working closely with investors and partners to deliver sustainable returns.

Prior to The Sirius Hotel Group he held senior roles within professional services, including SVP at JLL and Development Director at Marriott International, where he was involved in growing brands such as Moxy, Residence Inn and Courtyard by Marriott. Most recently, Lederer spent nearly six years as Hotel Acquisitions Director at private equity firm Castleforge.
