Lionel Benjamin is a seasoned hotel investment and asset management professional, with over 35 years of experience spanning operations, branding, and transactions. He has held senior roles with some of the world’s leading hotel brands and has been involved in hotel acquisitions and disposals exceeding £2.5 billion.

His perspective on asset management is shaped by 20 years in hotel operations, followed by two decades supporting ownership through dynamic, results-driven asset management. Acting on behalf of family offices, high-net-worth individuals, and institutional owners, Lionel advises across the full asset lifecycle — from acquisition, underwriting and financing to operator selection, repositioning, and exit.
