Joanna Demków-Bartlome is a is a driving force behind the shift toward smarter, faster, and greener construction, with a strong focus on modern, industrialized building solutions. As Chief Operating Officer of CREE Buildings, she leads the global expansion of a hybrid timber system that is transforming the way we build—at scale and with sustainability at its core.
With over 20 years of international experience, Joanna has lived and worked in Poland, the U.S., the U.K., and Switzerland, and has led projects across more than a dozen countries. Her expertise spans engineering, business development, sales, marketing, and project delivery in sectors such as hospitality, retail, luxury residential, events, and leisure. She has launched new ventures, built modular product lines, led innovation teams, and delivered complex real estate projects in partnership with Fortune 500 clients.
With a background in engineering and a deep passion for entrepreneurship, Joanna is a bold strategist who challenges the status quo and champion’s change. In addition to her operational role, she teaches the next generation of real estate and construction leaders at Swiss Universities - ETH Zurich and HSLU, and serves on the Advisory Board of SwissPropTech, helping shape the future in the built environment.
