James is the UK & Ireland Sales Manager at hotelkit, with over 13 years' experience across hospitality, travel and hotel technology. His career has taken him from Eurocamp and the Guinness Storehouse to the Irish Hotels Federation, Expedia and Lighthouse (formerly OTA Insight), giving him a broad perspective on the challenges and opportunities facing modern hospitality. Today, he works with hoteliers across the UK and Ireland to help teams communicate better, work smarter and create outstanding guest experiences.
