Hussein Sunderji

Bio:

Hussein Sunderji has over 20 years’ experience in real estate and hospitality across North America, the Middle East, the UK, and Europe. As Managing Director & Partner at EQ Group, he has played a central role in building one of Europe’s leading hospitality investment and management platforms. EQ partners with top-tier private equity firms - including TPG Angelo Gordon, Ares Management, and Davidson Kempner and have transacted on more than €3.5 billion in real estate transactions spanning 10,000 hotel keys. EQ’s portfolio has been featured in Financial Times, Bloomberg, and Condé Nast Traveler. Prior to EQ, Hussein co-founded and scaled Emirates Skyline Industrial Services to over 200 employees and £10 million in annual revenue before a successful exit. He began his career at Mercer/Oliver Wyman, delivering data-driven solutions across logistics, aviation, telecommunications, and customer service. A member of the UK Chapter of Young Presidents Organisation (YPO), Hussein brings a global perspective and a proven track record of driving growth through strategic private equity partnerships. He resides in London with his wife and two children.
