Having spent the last two years working closely with hundreds of hotel teams, Glenn has seen how AI is changing the way guests discover, choose and judge hotels. His focus isn't on AI hype, it's on the practical ways it can make life easier for hotel teams and why great operations are becoming one of the biggest drivers of future bookings.
Based in Dublin, Glenn spends his free time on the golf course, watching rugby, or spending time with his family and friends.
