Bio:

Ed is Head of Hospitality for the UK & Ireland within Cushman & Wakefield, with a focus on Capital Markets, advising on the disposal and acquisition of hotel assets and businesses across the region, with over 20 years’ experience in the hotel real estate investment market.  Major recent transactions advised on include the Great Northern Hotel in Lopndon and Formby Hall Resort near Liverpool. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, he was based in Singapore and has provided advice on the full spectrum of hotel properties, from budget to super luxury hotels, serviced apartments and resorts across a wide range of jurisdictions across Europe and Asia. Clients include major lending banks, private equity groups, high net worth investors, publicly listed hotel companies, and private hotel companies.
