David Laycock

Bio:

David Laycock is co founder of Altius Real Estate, a sector agnostic London specialist developer with a pipeline of hospitality projects in Central London.

Altius has recently completed Calton House Terrace, an ESG office building in St James. Tenants include BP who are relocated their global head quarters into the project from St James Square. 

Altius has recently aquired Morley House, Farringdon and are developing a 350 key apart hotel for Staycity and Hugeunot House, a 500 key mixed use project with Wesminster City Council located adjacent to Leicester Square. 

David was previously Develoment Director and laterally CEO at Clivedale. Projects included Dorchester Collections first residences worldwide located in Mayfair (adjacent to 45 Park Lane) and the new Madarin Oriental, Mayfair and residences in Hanover Square.
