Bio:
Brandon is a specialist hotel developer. He has been developing internationally branded hotels throughout the UK for the past 25 years, including Marriott, IHG, Hilton, Premier Inn and Travelodge. He has an enviable network of contacts in the hotel sector and knows instinctively what site locations are suitable for hotel use and more specifically which hotel brands fit.
Brandon has strong relationships with a lot of the major funders in the hotel sector, including UK Institutions, Banks and Private Equity. He also has a good working relationship with many of the independent UK hotel operators.
More recently Brandon has been working closely with many public sector bodies to help unlock new hotel developments, often as part of wider regeneration projects.
