Ben Godon

Bio:

Ben was previously a Partner/Director in Vision Asset Management for 15 years and helped build and develop the company into Europe’s leading hospitality asset management practice. Vision Asset Management was acquired by Colliers in January 2017.

Ben oversees the Asset Management division of Colliers International in both the UK and across Europe with his brief to expand the team’s unique expertise further throughout Europe. The Asset Management team has worked on more than 500 projects, from small boutique, privately owned businesses, through to large international branded operations. They provide down-to-earth practical advice in order to drive value for hotel owners and investors, and work on single assets as well as large multi country portfolios.

Ben and the team offer their clients strategic Asset Management advice, as well as practical operational advice, designed to drive optimal hotel performance. They work closely with a number of international, regional and local operators/brands, as well as with in-house management teams, all designed to create added value for the hotel owner through a partnership and focused approach. 

As an ex Hotelier and Regional Director, Ben is well placed to liaise and negotiate with Operators to benefit his clients. Supported by his team, his pragmatic and hands-on approach delivers sound value add for his clients.
