Anne Boyd BCAb FRSA is an award-winning place leader and Director of Growth & Place at Dudley Council, leading an ambitious portfolio spanning major infrastructure and regeneration, economic growth, procurement, skills, culture, heritage, tourism and the visitor economy.
With experience spanning local, regional, national and global arenas, Anne brings different perspectives and energy to the challenge of transforming public services and places. She is passionate about innovation, evidence-led and community-focused placemaking, and mobilising whole-system partners to turn ambition into action.
Anne is currently driving Dudley’s growth and transformation agenda while working across the West Midlands to unlock the region’s collective potential and strengthen its cultural, tourism and hospitality offer.
