Alessandra Leoni

Bio:

With 30 years in hospitality, Alessandra Leoni has vast experience across operational, commercial and revenue functions. Having worked in operations for projects serving the Super Bowl, presidential inaugurations and five star hotels, she’s risen through the ranks from housekeeping to Commercial and IT Director. Alessandra has been strategically instrumental in numerous full tech stack overhauls, responsible for creating, centralising and optimising core processes for business expansion. 

Following a career with Resident Hotels, Hilton, and Carey International, Alessandra was appointed Head of Hospitality at Focus Group. She is a member (MIH) of the Institute of Hospitality and a member of HOSPA.
