Bio:
Adi Hodzic is the Founder & CEO of Dean Street Developments and a hospitality investor, developer, operator, and advisor with more than 20 years of experience delivering hotel, co-living, residential, student accommodation, and mixed-use projects across the UK, Europe, and the Middle East.
Throughout his career, Adi has successfully led projects from acquisition and financing through planning, construction, branding, opening, and asset management, building a strong track record in creating value through development and operational excellence. He has developed long-standing relationships with leading hotel brands, banks, debt funds, private investors, family offices, and institutional capital partners.
Adi is currently a partner/owner/operator of Aloft by Marriott Manchester City Centre, Motto by Hilton Manchester Piccadilly, and Spark by Hilton London Romford, as well as the owner and developer of a 213-key co-living scheme in Battersea, London. He also advises on major UK hotel developments, including Four Points Flex by Sheraton projects in Kilburn and Whitechapel.
Across ownership, development, delivery, management, and advisory roles, Adi has been involved in more than 2,500 hotel and co-living keys, working closely with leading global brands including Marriott, Hilton, Accor, and IHG.
