Edwin Liu is the Chief Investment Officer and Managing Director for the UK & Europe at Heeton Holdings, where he has led the regional business for over 12 years. Since joining the group, Edwin has been instrumental in establishing and expanding its UK operations. Under his leadership, the division has grown significantly, with a strategic focus on property acquisitions, real estate investments, and long-term business development across key markets in the region.

Founded in 1976, Heeton Holdings is an established international property developer and investor with a diversified portfolio of real estate assets spanning Singapore, the United Kingdom, China, Japan, Malaysia, Vietnam, Bhutan, and Thailand. Over the past decade, the group has increasingly focused on hospitality and residential developments, expanding its presence through strategic investments and partnerships in both Asia and the UK.

In the United Kingdom, Heeton operates all its hospitality assets, ensuring consistency in service and brand identity. Committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences and staying ahead of changing market expectations, the group launched its first lifestyle hotel brand, HEETON CONCEPT HOTEL, in London in 2017. Since then, it has evolved into a core part of the group’s hospitality portfolio, supporting its growth into key urban location.
