In 2017, the Company celebrated its 50-years in Business. It has been 50 proud years of steady growth, from a fledgling Company in 1967, to the modern sustainable business we are today.


McAleer & Rushe undertakes all hotel projects on a design and build basis, having a specialist team in place with wide experience interpreting operator requirements to ensure compliance with brand standards to a full turnkey finish. All projects are completed with absolute adherence to contract budget, highest quality standards and on a fixed programme. We have the requisite experience and capability to provide a one stop service for the procurement of hotels and this deliverability has been proven time and again.


The company has completed in excess of 24,000 Hotel bedrooms for a range of leading investors and across all brands and operators. Our track record also includes over 2.25 million sq ft of Offices and 10,000 Residential units. Since entering the Student Accommodation sector in 2014, we have completed 5,000 beds and a further 5,000 beds in the pipeline to be completed by 2020 and 2021.
