We know that the only way to experience a city is with the guidance, insight and care that only a host can bring. Our properties are not just destinations, they are deeply part of their neighbourhoods and when people stay with us, they experience an unforgettable sense of belonging. We constantly invest in updating our rooms, our restaurants and our shared spaces to ensure that people can really experience the best of where they are.
Radisson Blu Edwardian Manchester is one of Manchester's most celebrated buildings, the historic Free Trade Hall, where stylish spaces create a mood of relaxed, understated luxury. Built in 1853, the 5-star Radisson Blu Edwardian, Manchester hotel has brought a new generation of award-winning luxury to the city's iconic Free Trade Hall. With grand stone-carved porticos and columns, the entrance is found through a covered lit colonnade, opening into a classical style reception, hung with crests of Manchester’s industrial heritage and lit from a grand baccarat chandelier.
Once inside, you'll discover understated luxury with large, open social spaces. Natural oak flooring features throughout the ground floor with relaxed seating areas and natural daylight floods in from the glazed atrium, connecting the Free Trade Hall building with the modern part of the property.
